Use License and Platform Access

Permission is granted to temporarily access the peabeavsyg platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license grants you the right to:

• Create an account and manage your profile
• Make purchases through our platform
• Communicate with vendors and customer support
• Leave reviews and ratings for products and vendors

Under this license you may not:

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The peabeavsyg platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by peabeavsyg B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our platform without prior written consent.

Vendor Relationships

Vendors on our platform are independent businesses. peabeavsyg does not employ vendors and is not responsible for their actions, products, or services. We maintain vendor verification processes but do not guarantee vendor performance. Disputes between customers and vendors should be resolved directly, though we provide mediation services when requested.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. Prohibited activities include:

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in accordance with Dutch law and EU regulations.

Force Majeure

peabeavsyg shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, wars, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
